City tour of Samarkand:

• Morning visit to Siab Bazaar, the largest bazaar of the city.
• Free time to purchase souvenirs and oriental sweets.
• Guri Amir Mausoleum – the tomb of Tamerlane (14-15th centuries) – the burial site of Amir Temur, his sons and grandsons.
• The Registan Square – one of the outstanding examples of urban planning art of Central Asia that had formed by the XVIIth century and consisting of three madrasahs – Ulugh Bek Madrasah (1417-1420), Sher-Dor Madrasah (1619- 1636) и Tilla-Qori Madrasah (1647-1660). The pages of multi-millennial history of Samarkand stand out on the Registan Square.
• Bibi Khanum Mosque, the largest in Central Asia and one of the largest in the entire Muslim world. At this magnificent building, anyone who enters the city immediately set their astonished eyes. Huge, majestic, silent…
• The architectural complex Shakhi-Zinda (11th-15th centuries),the burial site of royalty and nobility. The main mausoleum where this Necropolis begins is considered the alleged grave of the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad - Kusam Ibn-Abbas. He was called "Shahi Zinda", which in Persian means "Living King".
• Free time.

The city tour continues:

• Ulugh Bek Observatory (15th century). Ulugh Bek, Timurid king and scholar, authored his scientific works due to the unique observatory he had erected in Samarkand in 1420s. The giant quadrant placed inside a cylindrical building with a diameter of 48 meters (the remains of the foundation and trenches rediscovered during archaeological excavations in 1908) served as the main stationary tool.
• Visit to Prophet Daniel Mausoleum.
• 4:00 PM. Transfer to railway station and departure at 5:00 PM.
• Arrival at 7:00 PM, accommodation in the hotel.
• Free time to rest.
• Overnight stay in hotel.

• Breakfast in hotel.
• Trip to the Chimgan Mountains. Departure from Tashkent by car in the direction of the Chimgan Mountains (80 km, about two hours for travelling). The road to the mountains of Chimgan runs through the picturesque settlements of the Tashkent Region. If a cable car operates in the Beldersay gorge during the trip, the length of which is over three kilometers, then you can ride it to the top of Mount Kumbel (2400 meters above the sea-level) with the longest ski trail in Uzbekistan
• Free time (riding the cableway, quad bikes, horses).
• Return to Tashkent.
• Overnight stay in hotel.
