Day 2. Tashkent

Breakfast in hotel.

City tour of Tashkent:

Visit to Khasti Imam Complex:

  • Consisting of the Barak-Khan Madrassah, the Tillya-Sheikh Mosque - the repository of the famous Uthman’s Koran and the Golden Hair of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
  • Khoja Akhrar Vali Juma Mosque.
  • The State Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan.
  • Chorsu Bazaar.
  • Kukeldash Madrasah.
  • Abulkasym Madrasah.
  • Independence Square.
  • Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theater.
  • Amir Temur Square.
  • Visit to the Museum of Steam Locomotive Manufacturing: trains and steam locomotives of the Second World War era.
  • Free time.

Day 3. Tashkent - Samarkand (early morning high speed train Afrosiyob
  • Breakfast in hotel.
  • Transfer to Samarkand by train according to the schedule and availability of seats.
  • Accomodation in hotel at 2:00 PM.

City tour of Samarkand:

  • ​​​​​​Guri Amir Mausoleum – the tomb of Tamerlane (14th-15th centuries) – the burial site of Amir Temur, his sons and grandsons
  • Registan Square - Sher-Dor Madrasah (built in 1619-1636) and Tilla-Kari Madrasah (built in 1647-1660) where you can flip the pages of multi-millennial history of Samarkand.
  • Bibi Khanum Mosque, the largest in Central Asia and one of the largest in the entire Muslim world.
  • The architectural complex Shakhi-Zinda (11th-15th centuries),the burial site of royalty and nobility. The main mausoleum where this Necropolis begins is considered the alleged grave of the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad - Kusam Ibn-Abbas. He was called "Shahi Zinda", which in Persian means "Living King".

Day 4. Samarkand.

  • Breakfast in hotel.
  • ​​ Morning visit to Siab Bazaar, the largest bazaar of the city. Ulugh Bek Observatory (15th century). Ulugh Bek, Timurid king and scholar, authored his scientific works due to the unique observatory he had erected in Samarkand in 1420s. The giant quadrant placed inside a cylindrical building with a diameter of 48 meters (the remains of the foundation and trenches rediscovered during archaeological excavations) served as the main stationary tool.
  • Visit to the Mausoleum of Prophet Daniel. Prophet Daniel is revered by all three world religions. He is one of the four great Israelite prophets in Judaism, a prophet whose book was included in the Old Testament of the Christian Bible, and a prophet of the Islamic tradition. The legend tells that Amir Temur had a part of his remains, namely his hand, relocated to Samarkand.
  • Visit to the Meros Paper Factory. You will witness the production of the famous silk paper.

Day 5. Samarkand - Bukhara (early morning train Afrosiyob)

  • Breakfast in hotel.
  • Transfer to Bukhara by train subject to schedule and availability of seats.
  • City tour of Bukhara: Ark Citadel - a palace city inside the city (4th century BCE), Bolo Haouz Mosque (early 20th century). The architectural ensemble Poi-Kalon (Pedestal of the Great), the religious heart of Sacred Bukhara, consists of the Kalyan Minaret, the Kalyan Mosque and the Miri-Arab Madrasah. Ulugh Bek Madrassah (1417), Nodir-Divan-Begi Madrassah, Abdul Aziz Khan Madrassah, Magoki-Attori Mosque (12-16 centuries), Lyabi Hauz Ensemble ((14-17 centuries), Kosh-Madrese Ensemble (consisting of two opposing Madari-Abdullakhan Madrasah (Abdullakhan's mother) and Abdullakhan Madrasah.
  • Samanid Mausoleum (burial site of representatives of the Samanid dynasty of the late 9th - early 10th century).
  • Chashma Ayub Mausoleum (Spring of Job), Chor Minor (Four minarets).
  • Free time.
  • Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 6. Bukhara - Tashkent

Transfer to Bukhara International Airport to fly to Tashkent
Upon arrival in Tashkent, one can extend the tour at will.

Hotel check-in time is after 2:00 PM, check-out time before 12:00 PM.
All early check-ins / late check-outs will be paid on the spot to the hotel administration.
